Elmhurst Hotel - New York

That was simple and great hotel set in pretty nice area, next to many shops, and many restaurants. We spent 1 night in double room with excellent air conditioning, 1 bed for 3 adults, place to hang clothes. The breakfast had variety of fabulous food and drinks.

Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and modern, the location was ideal and excellent very close to everything.

The area was scary.

Its location was excellent, right by subway and restaurants as well as the Queens mall.

The view from my room was amazing! It offered a fine skyline, made each morning nice.

Encountering smoke alarms being tampered with in the middle of the night added to the discomfort. Given the price, expectations were not met this a less desirable budget option.

Family with children might appreciate it.

I stayed 7 nights and the location is just a round the corner from the 7 metro line, made it super convenient for getting around. The room was really clean, and even though housekeeping missed a day, a quick chat with the reception sorted it out like that.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, I think it's acceptable.

Compared to my previous trips to new york, it was great with decent soundproofing and nearby restaurants.

Wow, the nearby Pico de Gallo and Juquila Mexican Cuisine were total gems! A culinary fiesta just a short stroll away. Plus, my room was more spacious than I expected-bonus points for that.

But hold up, no breakfast and a sketchy vibe on the streets were good. The upgrade was nice, but the surroundings brought me down.

The room was spacious and generally clean. The staff were attentive and responded quickly when I reported a minor issue. I appreciated the convenient access to public transportation for my meetings in the city.

Request a high room for reduced street noise and better views. It makes a significant difference during your stay.

Comfortable room, with air conditioning and a tv. It was just a short 5-minute walk to the subway station for easy travel around the city.
